So what happened?

In 2020, COVID brought international travel to a halt — and with over 90% of our revenue tied to cross-border programs, we hung on for 18 months, adapting and innovating where we could. But government restrictions on outbound travel ultimately made continued operations unsustainable.

While that chapter closed, the lessons, systems, and relationships we built have become the foundation for everything we’re doing now — and we’re more equipped than ever to grow businesses here in Australia, where we’re focused long-term.
